Base 50g Caster Sugar 100g Soft Margarine 150g Plain flour
Filling 1 small tin of condensed milk 100g margarine 100g of granulated sugar 1 table-spoon of syrup
Topping 100g of cooking chocolate
Method
First of all set oven to 180oC/ Gas Mark 4
Base: Cream together margarine and sugar, until the mixture is light and fluffy then stir in flour gradually. Press into swiss roll tin and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Filling: place all filling ingrediants together in a pan, melt slowly sitrring all the time, bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes on a low heat. Remove the pan from the heat and beat for 2 minutes. Pour over the base and allow to cool.
Topping: Place chocolate into a bowl and place ontop of a pan of simmering water. when all the chocoalte has melted pour over the base and spread it evenly, allow to cool
When it has set cut up into sqaures, or if your feeling artistic cut into any shape you want, i like circles
